We are fitness coaches, educators, business mentors, founders of FIT CHICKS Academy and LOVE helping coaches start & grow their group fitness businesses.
In 2008, we were fitness instructors just like you, trying to figure out how we could build a business doing what we loved without burning out. The tradition gym model or hourly wage was nothing compared to the hours we put in to creating workouts, teaching and following up with clients.
It was exhausting and leaving us broke - energetically and financially.
That is what led us to create our own holistic fitness program - FIT CHICKS Bootcamp teaching group fitness 2x per week. To not only serve our clients our clients better but create our dream life, health & business too.
In 2008, we launched our signature FIT CHICKS Bootcamp program to 7 women. Our programs took off like wildfire & went on to run in over 20 locations nationwide, trained 1000's of clients to transform their bodies & relationship with fitness & won multiple awards
We also turned it into a 7 figure business without burning out
In 2016, we decided to close our FIT CHICKS Bootcamp to expand our reach in helping more women get started in fitness & nutrition coaching, build businesses to make this world a healthier place on a larger scale.

Upon completion of the intensive, you will receive a 1 year license to teach FIT CHICKS Bootcamp in your community. This title is valid license for 1 year post graduation and will give the credibility and permission to run proven FIT CHICKS Certified Bootcamps under the FC Brand in your communities. & access all materials. Do I have to travel to attend the FIT CHICKS Bootcamp Certified Instructor Certification?
That is the best part... you can join from anywhere in the world. The 2 day intensive takes place on April 25 & 28th and is virtual via Zoom and training videos.
We have been running online certifications for over 7 years and know the best learning environment to ensure while virtual, you will get the hands on practice and attention you need to thrive and succeed. Replays will be sent out each day for those who can not attend live.
I heard you have to be a certified fitness instructor or personal trainer in order to take take this program. Is that true?
Yes this program and option to teach FC Bootcamp programs is only available to certified fitness professionals and you will be required to submit proof of your certification prior to the April 25th start date. If you do not submit proof, we are unable to allow you to take the program.
If you are not yet certified, we recommend you start with our Fitness & Nutrition Expert Certification Program where you will become a certified in group fitness, personal training and nutrition & wellness planning.
Is there a test or practical components?
Yes there are requirements of completion to ensure you have completed the intensive requirements and are ready to deliver FIT CHICKS Bootcamps. They will be distributed at the live intensive
Is there a refund policy?
The program is refundable up until April 23rd. After that date, you will receive a 50% refund as their are limited spaces in this group. As of April 24th, it is non refundable.
