Currently, I offer Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coaching as well as Personal Training/Small Group Training. I also teach HIIT classes every Saturday.
The thing I am most passionate about when it comes to my career is helping people SEE that they can accomplish anything! Nothing is beyond their reach if they have a positive attitude and support from those around them.
For myself, I love to lift heavy! Deadlifts are my absolute fave – I get SO excited to do them.

My own transformation, both inside and out, have been inspirational to those around me. After beginning my transformation, I wanted to know how to help others achieve similar results, so I earned my certification for Healthy Eating and Weight Loss coaching through CanfitPro, then went on to complete my Fitness and Nutrition Expert certification with Fit Chicks in 2016.
When I am not coaching and building awesome, life changing programs for my clients, you can find me in the gym myself, lifting heavy and happy, playing games with my daughters, or going on a date with my husband to enjoy some local craft beers!
