Glenda Costa is a personal trainer, group fitness coach and a nutrition coach through her business ‘Pursuit of Wellness’. After a 25+ year career in corporate accounting, Glenda followed her passion and became certified through the FIT CHICKS Academy® Fitness & Nutrition Expert, opening her up for a career in her true passion. She lives by the philosophy that wellness is a lifelong journey and not a destination.
