Before starting FIT CHICKS wayyy back in 2008 with my bestie, Laura, I struggled to figure out how to navigate my own fitness journey.

I tried all the fad diets, had the “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger mentality” and struggled with the thought that it had to be all or nothing to make it work.

Today, I share with you what shifts I made personally and what I had learned from coaching that not only helped shape my own fitness journey and transformation but also helped 10k plus FIT CHICKS and FIT CHICKS Academy members change their health for the future.
