  1. You will not see a change unless you are ready to make a change!
  2. If you are someone who uses a scale for progress and can do so without giving it any power at all then that is fine but if you feel like it takes away from your life rather than giving you life, time to ditch it!
  3. Approach everything with a beginner mindset. Sometimes we go into new workout programs, nutrition plans etc with the mindset of “I already know this, what could I possibly learn” but remember that you approach it from a beginner mindset and with fresh eyes you will learn and grow. If you go in with a closed off mind you will leave with the same information you started with and as a result the same progress and same issues you might have been facing that made you decide to look into something new in the first place. So stay open to information and a new approach to get what you are looking for and needing.
