At FIT CHICKS Academy we love seeing the creative smoothie recipes our Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Expert students whip up in their blenders! Today we are excited to share this recipe from recent Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Expert Program grad Tiffany Dadula-Jardin.
“My name is Tiffany Dadula-Jardin and I am graduate of the HWLE Program (March 2020). I am a Registered Nurse by trade, specializing in chronic disease management.
I love what I do, but have always felt helpless when clients (or even family and friends) need support in weight loss nutrition. I’ve always knew the basics, but recognized that if I wanted to better support them, and many other people, I had to better equip myself. There is so much information out there when it comes to weight loss, and it can be downright overwhelming. If I’m overwhelmed, I can imagine how overwhelmed my clients or family and friends were.
I honestly don’t remember how I found the Fit Chicks Academy, but we found each other, and I’m glad. After reading their HWLE program brochure and attending their webinar, I jumped right in. It was literally one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was just finishing my maternity leave, and was struggling to lose the weight I had gained. I thought this was a great opportunity for me to learn more about holistic weight loss nutrition and apply it to myself (because practice makes perfect, right?!).
I honestly loved everything about (the program.) The curriculum was so well-laid out. The content was thorough and thought-provoking. The guest speakers were fantastic and super knowledgeable. The assignments were challenging, but exactly what I needed to really apply the information. The coach calls were engaging and amazing extra learning opportunities. The FB group had super supportive team members. Laura and Amanda were amazing with always following up with emails. And the practical exam, it was literally so much fun!
I am so excited to see where this takes me. I’ve already gained so much personal growth, and have improved my health and my family’s health through nutrition because of this program. I want to be able to create a community where I can support others in this journey too.
You are meant for more. You are an amazing human being who is capable of doing beautiful things. If you come across this program, and you can’t get it out of your mind, it means you were meant to be a part of it. And when you do join, you will not regret it.

Recipe: Good Morning Smoothie
Most days, when I can’t even sit down for breakfast, I find myself reaching for this smoothie. Packed with nutrients and low glycemic, it is a yummy combination of protein/fibre and fat to get your day started.
Servings: 1
Tools Required: High Powered Blender
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 Handfuls or Baby Kale
1 tbsp of Almond Butter
1/3 Cup of Blueberries
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Poweder
1/2 Small Banana
Pinch of Cinnamon
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth in consistency
