Hey Chicks!

Summer is a busy time, with many of us out of our usual routine and spending time at the cottage, or busy with activities.

The good news is you don’t need a lot of time to stay in shape. You don’t need to spend an hour in the gym to get an effective workout!

In honour of the Canada Day long weekend, we created a 12 minute HIIT workout that you can do at home, the cottage, or even in a hotel room. but remember in order for short workouts to be effective you need to push HARD and get out of your comfort zone. Choose your intensity based on your fitness level, but you still want to be at about a 9/10 for your rate of perceived exertion.
