Hey Chicks, At FIT CHICKS Academy we love seeing the creative smoothie recipes our Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach students come up with in the kitchen . Today we are excited to share this recipe for you from recent Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach Program  grad Jill Sullivan It’s an awesome balanced weight loss smoothie that can be used anytime as a complete in 3 meal.

“I have been a long time licensed Esthetician at a Day Spa with a passion for health and wellness. I am looking to expand my skills even further and bring these two careers together. I will be adding more holistic and nutrition services at The Color Room Salon and Day Spa. I plan on doing workshops as well as teaching about nutrition and the skin as well. The Holistic Weight Loss Coach program has exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed doing all the assignments which have been so much fun. I feel like I got an amazing education and feel confident to start being an amazing holistic nutrition coach. This is not just a text book course. It kept my attention always. A plus I loved was the coaching calls we got after every module. FIT CHICKS is awesome! .

For this recipe I wanted to create a delicious, energy packed, healthy green smoothie that is a great option for weight loss. It is a wholesome, balanced meal that combines healthy fat, protein and fibre to keep blood sugar balanced, avoid dips in energy, weight gain and overeating!”
