This workout is quick and dirty!!! You will be alternating 2 exercises in a ladder. You start with one rep of each, then two of each until you get to ten. For bonus points head back down the ladder from ten reps to one rep.
Remember to work at your 9/10 and choose the intensity level that works for you. Record your time, and try to beat it next time you try the workout!
