Today’s FIT CHICKS workout is a bonus workout this week for our neighbors south of the boarder!!

This workout is a 4th of July themed EMOM. Set your timer for 1 minute intervals and every minute complete 15 reps for an exercise. Then rest for the remainder of the minute before moving on the next exercise in the round!! Complete all moves in round 1, rest 1 minute then move on to round 2!
