FIT CHICKS Friday Holiday HIIT Tabatas: ‘Tis the Season to Sweat!

This week’s workout features four festive Tabatas, each lasting 4 minutes (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds). With holiday-inspired exercises, you’ll engage in a total-body burn that will leave you feeling merry and bright!

  1. Tabata #1: Snowy Squats to Overhead Press – Feel the winter magic with squats that transform into a celebratory overhead press.
  2. Tabata #2: Reindeer Reverse Push-up – Channel your inner reindeer strength with this challenging reverse push-up variation.
  3. Tabata #3: Tinsel Twists (Russian Twists) – Twist away any holiday stress with this core-engaging Tabata.
  4. Tabata #4: Blitzen Burpees – Conclude the festive workout with a burst of energy and full-body engagement in Blitzen Burpees.

How to Rock the Holiday HIIT Tabatas:
