Get ready to ignite those abs, boost your cardio, and feel the burn with four heart-pumping Tabatas back to back! ๐ŸŒŸ

FIT CHICKS Friday Totally Tabatas: Abs & Cardio Delight!

This week’s workout features four Tabatas, each lasting 4 minutes (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds). For an Abs & Cardio explosion, perform each Tabata back to back for a fierce 16-minute workout!

  1. Tabatas #1: Jumping Jacks/Plank Jacks – Kick off the workout with a cardio blast, alternating with a plank variation for a core challenge.
  2. Tabatas #2: Sprawls/Superchicks – Dive into total-body engagement with sprawls and elevate your heart rate with Superchicks.
  3. Tabatas #3: Jump Squats/Boat with Hand Pulse – Amplify the burn with explosive jump squats and target your abs with Boat pose variations.
  4. Tabatas #4: Mountain Climbers/Leg Raises – Challenge your core and cardio simultaneously with dynamic mountain climbers and controlled leg raises.

How to Crush the Totally Tabatas:

  1. Perform each Tabata for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest (8 rounds).
  2. Move seamlessly from one Tabata to the next.
  3. Complete all four Tabatas for a full 16-minute Abs & Cardio workout.
