Why a Remembrance Day Workout?

  1. Heartfelt Tribute: Remembrance Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by our veterans and armed forces. This workout is our way of paying tribute and expressing gratitude.
  2. Symbolism in Numbers: The workout consists of 11-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) with 4 exercises, each performed for 11 reps. The number 11 holds special significance, honoring the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
  3. Unity and Strength: As we come together for this workout, we not only challenge our bodies but also unite in honoring and remembering those who served.

FIT CHICKS Friday Remembrance Day Workout: 11-Minute AMRAP

Perform the following exercises for 11 reps each, as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes:

  1. Squat Thrusters
  2. Push-Ups
  3. Box Jumps
  4. Burpees

This workout is a chance to sweat, reflect, and stand united in honoring the brave individuals who have defended our freedom. ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒบ

How to Crush the Workout:

  1. Set a timer for 11 minutes.
  2. Perform 11 reps of each exercise consecutively.
  3. Repeat the circuit for as many rounds as possible.
  4. Embrace the challenge and remember with each movement.
