Set 1 – Goblet Gobblers: ๐Ÿ‚

  • Goblet Squats: 20 seconds of goblet squats, engaging your legs and core.
  • 10 seconds of rest.
  • Repeat for 8 rounds (total of 4 minutes).

Set 2 – Pecan Pie Plyo Push-Ups: ๐Ÿฅง

  • Plyo Push-Ups: 20 seconds of explosive push-ups, working those chest muscles.
  • 10 seconds of rest.
  • Repeat for 8 rounds (total of 4 minutes).
