Hey Chicks,

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a 15-minute bodyweight workout that you can do from anywhere without any equipment. Begin by warming up for 3 minutes by marching in place. Then jump right into your workout. 🙂

Finish with some static stretching to help your muscles recover. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds, focusing on your hamstrings, quadriceps, chest, and shoulders.

That’s it! Repeat this circuit two or three times for a full-body workout that will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles.
