Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is coming to you a day early so you can get your sweat on before the Canada Day Festivities begin!!

Today’s workout  is an EMOM with a twist. Instead of Every Minute On The Minute, you will set your timer for 154 seconds (Canada is 154 years old this year!) and complete the number of reps for each round. Then rest for the remainder of the 154 seconds!! If you are still have anything left in the tank give the bonus round a try!! Happy Canada Day! 🍁
