Hey Chicks,

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a 10-minute full body HIIT workout that can be done at home without any equipment.

Repeat the circuit 2-3 times for a full 10-minute workout, taking a 1-2 minute break in between circuits if needed. Remember to engage your core muscles and maintain proper form throughout each exercise for maximum benefit.
