Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout will challenge the core with supersets!! We love a good core burning workout and what better way to challenge ourselves then doing core supersets!

This is our last Superset workout for the month and to remind you why we love supersets:  Supersets not only save time by decreasing the rest period in between two exercises but they also increase the intensity of your workout! Choose your intensity and feel the burn! Happy Sweating!
