Hey Chicks,

Since September is Heart Health Month, we wanted to give our hearts some love with this Peripheral Health Action or PHA Circuit Workout. PHA Training is a circuit style training that alternates upper and lower body. You can watch our video on why we think it’s awesome here!

Today’s FIT CHICKS workout is a little longer than usual! You will be performing 4-5 rounds of the circuit, resting 1 minute between rounds. If time is limited, you can squeeze in 1 or 2 rounds for a quick full body workout!

Remember to select your level so that the last 2 reps are feel like a bit of a struggle to complete with good form. If you can easily do 15 reps, it’s time to up the ante. Happy Sweating and Happy Heart Month!
