Hey Chicks!

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout will immensely challenge the core!! We love a good core burning workout and what better way to challenge ourselves than through a 10-minute core-focused HIIT workout that can be done at home?

Repeat the circuit 2-3 times for a full 10-minute workout, taking a 1-2 minute break in between circuits if needed.

Remember to engage your core muscles throughout each exercise for maximum benefit.

These exercises will elevate your heart rate and keep it high throughout the entire circuit. Take a rest when you feel it to be necessary. Happy Sweating!
