Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is one of our signature FIT CHICKS workouts: Dirty 30’s Cardio Edition!! A Dirty 30 is 3 exercises performed back to back for 30 seconds each and repeated 3 times for a total of 4 mins and 30 secs of fun! This cardio workout will get your heart pumping so grab a timer and be prepared to sweat!
