Hey Chicks,

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a 10-minute full-body workout using resistance bands. Before beginning the workout itself, get that heart rate up by performing high knees for a minute.

Make sure to stretch your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-20 seconds.

Remember to adjust the resistance of the band according to your fitness level and rest for a minute between exercises if needed. Stay hydrated and enjoy your workout!
