Hey Chicks,

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a lower body circuit you can try with either bands or dumb bells. You can increase the intensity by adding weights, resistance bands, or jumping exercises. Remember to breathe deeply and engage your core throughout each exercise.

Finish with some static stretching to help your muscles recover. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds, focusing on your hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, and calves.

Repeat this circuit 2-3 times for a complete lower body workout. Happy sweating!
