Hey Chicks,

For our next series in our FIT CHICKS Friday workouts, we will be doing FINISHERS!!! A finisher is quick but intense set of exercises that you do at the end of your workout to increase your fat burn by keeping your body burning more calories for hours after you finish! (I also like to use finishers to get up and moving for a quick break from my desk!)

This week is an INTENSE squat finisher!! Get ready cause your quads and booty are about to be on fire!! All you need is a timer and a set of dumbbells (and maybe a towel to mop up the sweat!!!) Complete 2-3 rounds depending on your fitness level. You can rest between rounds as needed. Happy Sweating!
