Hey Chicks,

Today FIT CHICKS Friday workout combines abs and cardio in 4 round of tabatas!! Tabatas are a HIIT protocol that involves working at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for 8 rounds. 4 minutes may seem like a short time, but believe us you will be begging for it to be over!

This workout combines four tabatas – each tabata includes an abs exercise and a cardio exercise to give you a heart pumping workout in only 16 minutes.  For each tabata you will alternate between them (ie. First 20 secs skaters, second 20 secs leg raises, then skaters, then leg raises, etc.) Grab your water and your timer and get ready to sweat!
