Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout focuses on the upper body pull muscles! That means back, posterior shoulders and biceps!! For this workout you will be using a band!
A resistance band is a super versatile piece of fitness equipment with a number of awesome benefits:

*If you don’t have a chin-up bar, you can sub out the band assisted chin-ups for a lat pull down.
