Why a Remembrance Day Workout?
- Heartfelt Tribute: Remembrance Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by our veterans and armed forces. This workout is our way of paying tribute and expressing gratitude.
- Symbolism in Numbers: The workout consists of 11-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) with 4 exercises, each performed for 11 reps. The number 11 holds special significance, honoring the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
- Unity and Strength: As we come together for this workout, we not only challenge our bodies but also unite in honoring and remembering those who served.
FIT CHICKS Friday Remembrance Day Workout: 11-Minute AMRAP
Perform the following exercises for 11 reps each, as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes:
- Squat Thrusters
- Box Jumps
This workout is a chance to sweat, reflect, and stand united in honoring the brave individuals who have defended our freedom. 💙🌺
How to Crush the Workout:
- Set a timer for 11 minutes.
- Perform 11 reps of each exercise consecutively.
- Repeat the circuit for as many rounds as possible.
