Hey Chicks!

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a 10-minute upper body workout that targets your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Remember to focus on proper form during the exercises and take short breaks between exercises if needed. Adjust the intensity according to your fitness level, and have a great upper body workout! Before beginning the workout itself, begin warming up the upper body by performing arm circles or shoulder rolls for a minute.

Once you’re done the workout, make sure to cool down and take a few minutes to stretch your upper body muscles, including your arms, shoulders, and chest. Happy sweating chicks!!
