Hey Chicks,

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday is a 10-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that requires no equipment!! Before beginning the workout itself, get that heart rate up by performing a light jog for a minute.

Remember to push yourself during the high-intensity intervals and take short breaks (about 10 seconds) between exercises if needed. Always listen to your body and modify the exercises if you need to. Enjoy your quick and effective HIIT workout!
