Today FIT CHICKS Friday workout gets a little spooky for Halloween! For the this workout we are focusing on our BOOty and Abs!! There are 4 sets of exercises in this workout! Perform each exercise in the set for 60 seconds back to back, then rest 30 seconds before moving onto the next set. Happy Sweating!
