Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is one of our signature style HIIT workouts called Dirty 30s. For this workout you will perform 3 exercises back to back for 30 seconds each, 3 times with no rest between so each set is 4 mins 30 secs! Make sure you work as hard as you can while you are completing each set of exercises, then rest before moving on to the next set. Enjoy that abdominal burn! Happy Sweating! 😅 🐥
