Hey Chicks!

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a full body dumbbell workout that you can do at home. All you need is a set of dumbbells. Begin by warming up with 5 minutes of light cardio (jumping jacks, jogging in place, etc.). 

Repeat the circuit 2-3 times for a full workout. Rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute in between each exercise. Remember to choose dumbbells with appropriate weight and maintain proper form throughout each exercise for maximum benefit.
