Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday Workout is one of our fav HIIT protocols: Tabatas!!! A tabata involves working at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for 8 rounds. 4 minutes may seem like a short time, but believe us you will be begging for it to be over! This workout combines four tabatas – a lower body, upper body, cardio, and core move to get a complete full body workout in only 16 minutes. Grab your water and your timer and get ready to sweat!
