It’s Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend so for todays FIT CHICK Friday workout we are keeping it short so you can spend more time with your family!! The Turkey Day Tabata Finisher Workout is a booty building HIIT protocol that involves working at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for 8 rounds. 4 minutes may seem like a short time, but believe us your legs will be happy when it’s over!

There are 4 lunge variations in this tabata. Do each variation for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving onto the next variation and repeat twice for 4 mins of fun! Grab your water and your timer and get ready to sweat! Thanksgiving dinner will taste that much better when you are done!! Happy Thanksgiving ๐Ÿฆƒ
