This week’s workout features four Tabatas, each lasting 4 minutes (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds). For a total body blast, perform each Tabata back to back for a fierce 16-minute workout!
- Tabatas #1: Bear Crawl Shoulder Taps – Engage your core and shoulders with this dynamic, full-body move.
- Tabatas #2: Skaters – Boost your cardio and work on lateral movement with this skating-inspired exercise.
- Tabatas #3: Rotating Side Planks – Sculpt your obliques and strengthen your core with these rotating side planks.
- Tabatas #4: Burpees – Embrace the challenge with this classic full-body exercise that targets multiple muscle groups.
How to Crush the Total Body Tabatas:
- Perform each Tabata for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest (8 rounds).
- Move seamlessly from one Tabata to the next.
