      • 15 Dumbbell Swings
      • 15 Triceps Push-ups
      • 15 Jumping Jacks
  • AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible): 5 mins
      • 15 High Knees
      • 15 Superchicks
      • 15 Pop Squats
  • Dirty 30’s: Repeat 3x (Total Time: 4:30)
      • Plank with Hip Taps (30s)
      • Jump Lunges (30s)
      • Boat with Hand Pulses (30s)
  • Tabata: 8 Rounds (Total Time: 4 mins)
    • Skaters (20s on / 10s off)
    • Burpees (20s on / 10s off)
