For the month of July, we are doing an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) theme for the FIT CHICKS Friday workouts!
In case you forgot, we AMRAPS because you get a lot of bang for your buck! You can do an really intense workout in a short amount of time as long as you push yourself! AMRAPs can help you build strength, muscular endurance, cardio, & general health and conditioning! See why we love them so much!
Today’s AMRAP is a 20 minute Cardio AMRAP with a bit of twist! The reps for each exercise increase by 10 reps! Grad a timer, set it for 20 minutes and see how many rounds you can do! Want a longer workout? Repeat the twice! Happy sweating!
