Remember why we ๐ AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible) so much? Because you get a lot of bang for your buck! You can do an really intense workout in a short amount of time as long as you push yourself! AMRAPs can help you build strength, muscular endurance, cardio, & general health and conditioning!
Today’s AMRAP is a 14 minute Core AMRAP! You know the drill by now, grad a timer, set it for 14 minutes and see how many rounds you can do! Want a longer workout? Repeat the twice! Happy sweating! ๐ ๐ฅ
