Hey Chicks,

Todayโ€™s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a 10-minute banded Tabata workout that you can do at home. All youโ€™ll need is a resistance band and a pop of energy. ๐Ÿ™‚ย 

Remember the Tabata Protocol: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise.

Repeat the circuit 2-3 times for a full 10-minute workout. Remember to use a band with appropriate resistance and maintain proper form throughout each exercise for maximum benefit.

Grab your water and your timer and get ready to sweat!
