Set #1: ๐Ÿ’ฅ

  • Leg Raises: 30 seconds of leg-raising goodness to activate those lower abs.
  • Bear Crawl Hold: Engage your core with a 30-second bear crawl hold.
  • Mountain Climbers: Amp up the intensity with 30 seconds of mountain climbers for an all-around core burn.

Set #2: ๐Ÿ’ฅ

  • Toe Taps: 30 seconds of toe-tapping action to work those obliques.
  • Side Plank Dip Left: 30 seconds of side plank dips to sculpt your left obliques.
  • Side Plank Dip Right: 30 seconds of side plank dips to tighten your right obliques.
