FIT CHICKS Friday’s Final December Tabata: New Year, New Sweat!

This week’s workout features a New Year-themed Tabata circuit. Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, then move on to the next exercise. Complete the circuit twice for one Tabata set.

  1. Jumping Jack
  2. Jump Lunge
  3. Pushup
  4. Elbows to Plank

How to Ignite the New Sweat:

  1. Perform each exercise for 20 seconds.
  2. Rest for 10 seconds between exercises.
  3. Complete the circuit twice for 1 Tabata.
  4. Repeat the Tabata 2-3 times depending on your fitness level.
