Hey Chicks,
Happy Valentines Day! To celebrate we put together a workout with all the things we love: tabatas, buns, and guns! Tabatas are a HIIT protocol that involves working at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for 8 rounds. 4 minutes may seem like a short time, but believe us you will be begging for it to be over! This workout combines four tabatas – each tabata includes a bicep (guns) and glute (buns) exercise or combo move to give you a heart pumping workout in only 16 minutes. If there are two exercises listed you will alternate between them (ie. First 20 secs biceps curl, second 20 secs squat jumps, then biceps curl, then jump squats, etc.) Grab your water and your timer and get ready to sweat!
