Today we have an awesome lower body workout for you focusing on single leg movements! There is no rest – since one leg is resting while you work the other. For the one minute of cardio, choose any modality you like – treadmill, elliptical, burpees, jump squats, high knees etc, but be sure to work at your level and get your heart rate up to about a 9/10.
