Hey Chicks!

Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday workout is a ladder style HIIT workout. You follow the reps and do 50 of the first exercise, then 40 of the second etc…until you get to 10, then you go back up to 50 reps again. It’s quick and sweaty – try it once then try to beat your time next time!

This is a pretty intense cardio workout, but you can add weights for more intensity and challenge.
